- Develop and implement immunocyte-based immunogenicity experiments; familiarize and conduct flow cytometry-based cell proliferation assays and ligand-binding cytokine release assays.
- Utilize and analyze in silico HLA Class II binding prediction algorithms to predict the potential T-cell epitopes and prioritize drug candidates based on their predicted immunogenicity potential.
- Advanced degree in molecular and cellular biology, immunology, biochemistry, Immunology, pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences or biomedical engineering.
- Flow cytometry and ligand binding assay experience is greatly preferred.
